Returns

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@truthislifestyle.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
Our support team will review your request and send return instructions.
Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping service.
📦 Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item is damaged or wrong, we’ll cover the return cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.

No Exchanges
We can only process return if the products received is damaged or wrong products been sent.

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
